Through the experience of making something we are investing in our mental, physical and spiritual health by taking time out of the everyday.

This book will guide you through the process of making Scrap Weavings, decorative creations that use weaving techniques, stitching, embroidery and found objects. They can be as simple or as complex as you choose and can be used to display memories or tell stories.

To inspire you on your creative journey I have included examples and the stories behind some of my Scrap Weavings.
