Peace On Earth

Description

Amid the whirlwind of activity into which we are drawn at Christmas there is a need for a form of worship which enables us to step aside from the busyness and discover the peace which Jesus can bring. The six services in 'Peace on Earth' have been written with this in mind. They are all fairly short and mostly participative, one for each of the four Sundays in Advent, and one each for Christmastide and Epiphany. There is space for silence and quiet meditation based on the ASB themes and readings, and suggestions for hymns that reflect the quieter, more thoughtful tone of these fine services.
